The
129, Pfarrkirche Sankt Martin (original at
http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.pnp/prok.10096), seems OK.
Great news from Villach: I got confirmation from Dr. Dieter Neumann, Director (Museumsleiter) of the Villach Museum and Archive, that all three photos were taken in Villach for sure. Regarding the Pfarrkirche Sankt Martin his opinion is, that the photo was taken between 1900-1910. I quote mr Neumann's messages in
italic below.
Regarding the
130:

"The Photo down the river Drau at the Gerbergasse is from the time 1900/1910 (prior to 1915). The chimney was that of the woodwork-fabrik of Mr. F.X. Wirth."
Based on quoted info, "Postkarte von 1939" at
http://www.zuckerfabrik24.de/album/fami ... illach.htm, position of the Kirche zum Heiligen-Kreuz, and the position of the mountains on the background, I would place PG shooting point a bit upstream at 46°36'43.73"N 13°51'1.76"E, direction E-SE:
And there was one more photo from Villach:

"Photo [---] shows the Drau at Villach and is taken from the middle of the Street named "Draulände" (middle of the distance between Bridge and Bamberg-Burg), showing the north-bank. The leftmost house with the waterpump-tower at the riverbank is and was the house of the Willroider-family (two artist-painters, that did live at Munich, Ludwig W. 1845-1910 and Joseph W. 1838-1915, are members of the Family)."
Based on this, the coordinates would be 46°36'57.61"N 13°50'33.96"E and the direction N-NW:
With best regards,
